Terms of Service

1. The Service
Matchanu ("we", "us") provides an AI project memory platform accessible at matchanu.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your Account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Matchanu.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans (Starter, Solo, Pro, Mega) are billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing you authorize Lemon Squeezy to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at warayut.bunrattanang.fluk@gmail.com. Refunds are not available after the 14-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Matchanu to store illegal content, attempt to compromise the security of the platform, or resell access without our written permission.
6. Your Data
You own the content you create in Matchanu. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matchanu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
