Privacy Policy

1. What We Collect

Account info — name, email, and profile picture from your Google account when you sign in.
Content you create — projects, context sections, tasks, decisions, and diagrams you store in Matchanu.
Usage data — pages visited, features used, and error logs to help us improve the service.
Billing info — handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your card details.

2. How We Use It

To provide and operate the Matchanu service.
To send transactional emails (e.g. billing receipts) via Lemon Squeezy.
To diagnose errors and improve performance.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

Supabase

Our database and authentication infrastructure. Your data is stored on Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL.

Lemon Squeezy

Our Merchant of Record for payment processing. They handle billing, invoices, and tax compliance.

Google OAuth

Used for sign-in. We only receive your name, email, and profile picture.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your content is permanently removed within 30 days.

5. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is restricted and row-level security is enforced. We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and all associated data by emailing warayut.bunrattanang.fluk@gmail.com.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify you by updating the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
