Features

Brainstorm

A freeform visual canvas for thinking, planning, and mapping ideas. Drag nodes around, connect them, and build up a picture of your project.

Node types

Sticky Note

Colored notes with text, reactions, rotation, and inline formatting

Shape

8 shapes — rectangle, circle, diamond, oval, hexagon, cylinder, parallelogram, triangle

Table

Editable grid with custom column/row headers and cells

Line / Arrow

Free-form arrow with draggable endpoints and a color picker

Ref Card

A reference card for linking to a URL or resource

Connector

Auto-edge that snaps between nodes using handle dots

Sticky Notes

The most versatile node. Double-click to edit, then use inline syntax to add structure:

#wordRenders as a bold heading — great for topic labels at the top of a note
@nameRenders as dark bold text — use it to indicate ownership or mention someone

6 colors

Yellow, green, blue, red, purple, orange

Rotation

Drag the bottom-right corner to tilt the note

Reactions

👍 ❤️ 😄 🔥 💡 — click the emoji button to toggle

Text stays as plain text when sent to AI or saved — the # and @ formatting is display-only.

Shapes

Click the shape toolbar button to pick from 8 shapes. Each shape can have a fill color and a text label.

All shapes support resize. Drop shadow makes them stand out from the canvas background without a visible border.

Lines & Arrows

Lines are free-form — each endpoint drags independently, so they don't snap to nodes. Use them for rough directional sketches.

Colors

Arrow direction

Toggle arrowhead at the start, end, or both ends — or none for a plain line

Use Connectors when you want an edge that stays attached to two specific nodes as they move.
